PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
PRIVATE
Allows the private, non-commercial use of my artwork .
COMMERCIAL
Inherit the rights to use my design / artwork for smaller merchandise, like in prints or postcards.
Important for PRIVATE clients, with a wish to upgade their commission for any commercial use.
SPLASH: +100% of commission base price, grants shared commercial rights.
DESIGN: +50% of commission base price, grants shared commercial rights for the design, not the final artwork of the design.
VTUBER / CREATOR
Inherit the rights to use my work for display and content creation.
Grants permission to use my artwork as a reference for a VTuber Model or other digital media.
Grants shared commercial rights for "Small Merchandise", such as Prints, Keychains, Standees
(Exclusive) Commercial rights or rights for company merchandising (drinks, cups, deskmats, pc cases, etc.) are not included.
Allows the use of my work in videos or livestreaming.
MERCHANDISE
One time fee OR royalty fee for merchandise use.
Calculated specifically for your commission and the intended use (grand-scale merchandise, company related merchandise).
Grants exclusive commercial rights for all types of merchandise. My work will still be showcased in my own portfolio and artbooks.

Artworks which focus on a single character, displayed on a simple background, fully rendered.
Splash Arts can be commissioned in a wide variety.
The price of the commission will depend on the overall detail, render style and complexity.
The SPLASH ART process proceeds as follows:
The client hands over their project brief / moodboard or written information via the official order form.
After that, details about the commission may be discussed with the artist. Up to 4 thumbnails are created to set an initial vibe for the artwork.
The client then chooses between the given options to set a direction for the project. After deciding, the client has a maximum of
THREE revisions that come with the commission. Exceeding the limit of revisions will be charged extra.
Lastly, the artist will continue to finish the artwork.
